CrewTrident's Professional Practice Values and Standards

All staff, in all roles, within the organisation understand, and actively contribute to, our commitment to professional practice values and standards, which incorporate a Staff Code of Conduct as required by the Guidance for Safer Working Practice May 2019.

CrewTrident : Core Principles and Values

As an organisation we also strive to respect, uphold and embed in all aspects of our practice, the NSPCC VALUES of:

National Practice Framework

As professionals our practice is subject to a range of legal responsibilities and our policies and practice are reviewed regularly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all.  These policy frameworks include:

BASW Code of Ethics

CrewTrident is a member of the British Association of Social Work and has adopted in full the BASW Code of Ethics 2014 as a framework for practice. We are provided with professional indemnity insurance as part of this.

Society of Education and Training

We are also registered with the Society of Education and Training and are insured to deliver individual and small group teaching sessions across a range of academic, pastoral and therapeutic content as determined by pupil needs.
