CrewTrident fully recognises the responsibility education settings have under Section 157 of the Education Act 2002 to have arrangements in place to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.  Given the nature of the direct work the Company undertakes, and that much of this is delivered within schools, we have elected to adopt this same responsibility.   This responsibility is more fully explained in the statutory guidance for schools and colleges ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ (September 2023).

We are committed to keeping children and young people safe. In accordance with the requirements of the DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023 guidance, we can confirm that CrewTrident has undertaken the necessary safeguarding, safer recruitment and vetting and barring checks for all CrewTrident employees.
